Join the Firewood Club

The monthly club requires a reoccurring monthly subscription secured by credit, debit card, or paid upfront for the year.  Once signed up, Bringuswood will deliver your order to your house 1x per month.  Delivery dates may vary.  

All club members agree to a minimum of 2 monthly charges (the current payment and the next months payment proceeding cancellation request).

Club members may also pause their subscriptions for either 3 or 6 months which locks in their current club rate.

Bringuswood has a no refund policy on subscriptions however you may cancel at anytime.  Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, if any club member is unsatisfied with their order we will gladly bring a replacement order to them:

• A replacement request must be made within 72 hours of original order delivery
• Replacement requests must be made via email to bringuswood@gmail.com and titled replacement request
• Sizes of bundles will vary. Product size is not a valid reason for replacement request
• Bundles with less than 6 logs will be replaced free of charge
• If any bundle has greenwood it will be replaced free of charge
• Email bringuswood@gmail.com for any questions concerning cancellations or replacement options
• Bringuswood.com is not responsible for any damages or issues from wood that has been stored outside by the customer
• Bringuswood.com has firewood that is stored indoors and cannot be held liable for insects or pests.  Our wood is stored is closed containers.
• Bringuswood.com is not liable for any injuries or damages to customers or other persons that handle the wood during or after delivery.
• By signing up for subscription customer is agreeing to these terms and all other terms listed on our Terms and Conditions page.
• Club order are delivered monthly at the end and middle of the month. If you order in between these time frames your order will be added to the next club order deliver date.
• If you need a club order immediately after signing up, please email us before signing up and let's us know and we will try out best to fulfill your request. Please expect 24-36 hours delivery time for your first club order to be delivered.

CANCELLING YOUR CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Canceling: You may cancel your subscription at anytime, by emailing bringuswood@gmail.com.  Please put cancel subscription in the subject of the email.  Include your name, address, and phone number in the email.  Bringuswood will then cancel the subscription after the next months service charge (You will still be required to pay the current month and the next months bill).  This means you will still be billed for 1 or 2 more payments after your cancellation request, but will not be billed for any future charges there after.   This is our default cancellation process.

Example: 1 Your monthly bill is due on the 15th of each month.  You request cancelation on the 16th of the month.  You have already paid the current month you so will just be required to pay next months charge and you wont be charged again.

Example 2: Your monthly bill is due on the 15th of each month. You request cancellation on the 10th of the month.  You will be charged for the current month and the next month bill and wont be charged again.

 When cancelling if you prefer you can have your last delivery sent out to you, or you can have a credit put on your account that will last for 90 days instead.  When cancelling just let us know which option your prefer.  To use your credit on the account send us an email at bringuswood.com requesting use of the credit.

Immediate Cancellation: If the customer prefers they can request an immediate cancellation.  Bringuswood will then charge the account on file for the current month's payment and the final payment as soon as possible.  Bringuswood will then place a credit on the account for 90 days.  To use your credit on the account send us an email at bringuswood.com requesting use of the credit.

Just a reminder: Bringuswood.com will only honor customer cancel request that are current on payment.  If payment is not current, Bringuswood will not make changes to the account at the customers request.  

If a monthly subscription remains past due for more than 30 days.  The account can be cancelled by Bringuswood and the club member will be responsible for paying the past due balance, the final months payment, and any applicable late fees, or returned payment fees.  Bringuswood.com may refer past due balances that are more than 45 days past due to creditors.

Please remember Bringuswood stores double the monthly allotment of wood for each customer in case of inclement weather.  Since all club members have access to up to double their regular monthly allotment we requires payment of the next month's delivery (the extra wood we have stores for you)  when canceling your club membership.  By signing up for the club you agree to pay the current monthly fee and the next monthly fee whenever you decide to request cancellation.
