At bringuswood.com we do things differently. We always offer free delivery! We specialize in providing premium season firewood. We are a monthly firewood club that will occasionally offers firewood delivery to the non-club members. Our members are our priority and have receive first delivery appointments, if we can accommodate non-club orders we do so after our members have been supplied.

We deliver for free to most areas in and around Dallas Fort Worth. If you want to double check if we deliver to your area please send us a message with your address and we will let you know.
Our monthly club orders are delivered bi-weekly. Typically the middle week of the month and the last week of the month. If you sign up for the monthly club and need your order sooner, please shoot us an email and we will try to get your initial order out to you as soon as we can.
Nonclub orders will be delivered within 2-5 business days, unless otherwise noted on website. We typically try to get nonclub orders out within 48 hours and often get them out the same day, but as a general guideline please expect your nonclub order to be delivered within 2-5 business days
We operate on a first order first delivery basis. If for any reason you need your order expedited please email us and we will try to accommodate if possible.
We guarantee the quality and amount of all club subscription orders. If you have any problems with your firewood please email us and we will do what we can to take care of you. If you are a club member we will gladly offer a free replacement.
We do not guarantee orders for non-club members. We do not give refunds for nonclub members once the order has been placed. We always deliver quality long burning firewood, but our guarantees and free replacements are only for club-members.
Absolutely, In order to help you save we offer a 3-month and 6-month subscription pause. Why pause instead of cancel? We offer a limited amount of monthly club memberships per year. Pausing keeps your membership active and keeps your monthly rate locked in. If you cancel, you may not be able to get your current rate the following year. The monthly club is free to join and there are no long term contracts. Members receive priority delivery and the best rates. Most importantly members lock in rates year round so they can save big. Members may cancel at anytime by following the steps outlined at the bottom of our club orders page. The only stipulation is that cancelations take effect after the following month's charge and delivery. If a customer cancels in January they will be billed and delivered to in February and then the membership will be dissolved. This allows our team time to cancel with our payment process, reallocate the firewood to a different member, and it helps us not to have to charge extra service fees.
Club members are allowed to change their delivery plans at anytime (up to 2x per year). In order to change your monthly subscription amount you must go to the club order page and click on the link and sing up for the new amount. You will be charged immediately at the new club rate. Once your second subscription has been created, send an email over to bringuswood@gmail.com.
Subject: Monthly Subscription change. Please let us know your name, address, phone number, the new subscription order number, the new amount of wood you will have delivered each month and the old amount of wood that you no longer would like to receive.
Once you have done this, your old subscription will be canceled within 10 business days and you will proceed with the new subscription you most recently signed up for.
At bringuswood.com our objective is to give our club members consistently high quality firewood. Our club members pricing is very competitive with a fast service that is unmatched. However, due to popular demand and the fact that we limit the amount of club members we accept each your we decided to offer non-club orders when we can. This service is not our primary focus, but we do this to offer a secondary service for those that may not be interested in a monthly subscription service. Because this 2nd offering is not our primary focus and we have to acquire extra bulk materials for this offering we charge a higher rate that will decrease and increase due to demand. The best way to avoid fluctuating prices is join our monthly club.
On the rare occasion of inclement weather or a period of high demand we may experience prolonged delivery times. While this rarely ever happens we will do the best we can to update our webpage to give our customers notice. We do not offer refunds for non-club members so if you have questions about how long it will take to receive your order please email and ask before placing your non-club order.
At bringuswood.com everything we sell is in bundles or face cord measurements. We clearly mark on our order page which is a bundle and which is a face cord. Most firewood sellers in Texas sell face cord amounts and most of our customers prefer buying face cords as opposed to ricks or other common measurements. Our full cord is a full face cord (4x8), our half cord is a half face cord (4x4), and our 1/4 face cord is a (4x2).

Bringuswood.com and its agents will not be held liable and/or responsible for any damage created by an agent of Bringuswood.com or any of its vehicles for deliveries beyond the curb, or in other words on the customer’s property. By placing your order the customer waives all rights to any and all claimed damages due to loss of property or damage to the customer’s real property. If the customer requested that the material be placed on his/her property and a Bringuswood.com vehicle becomes damaged and / or stuck on the said property, the customer will be responsible for the costs of repair and / or towing charges. The customer and/or agent of the customer has inspected the material delivered. Bringuswood.com and it’s employees or contractors are not responsible to move or remove material once off-loaded from vehicle on a customer’s property.
Please be advised that Bringuswood.com provides delivery service as a courtesy for its customers free of charge and will not be held liable for any property damages. Accordingly, if the customer request an item delivered to a different location other than the standard front door delivery, the customer will be held liable for any property damages that may occur as a result of their delivery request. Bringuswood.com drivers are trained to park on the road and deliver to the front door, however, if the customer or a customer’s representative provides instruction for a different parking or delivery location the customer accepts full liability for their request. Bringuswood.com contracts independent drivers and cannot be held liable for any property or personal damages. Likewise, Bringuswood.com may stack the firewood in a location requested by the customer instead of the front door, however, bringuswood.com will not be responsible for any current or future damages that may occur to a person or property. Stacking at the preferred destination instead of the front door is the customer’s choice and Bringuswood.com cannot be held liable for the customer’s decision.
