By placing an order though Bringuswood.com all purchasers agree to the following:
All firewood orders are final. No refunds at anytime. If you wish to be removed from the firewood club, please follow the instructions listed on the bottom of the firewood club page. We do not accept returns. However, Firewood club members can request a replacement order as the club terms stipulate.
Deliveries will be completed whether the customer is home or absent. Delivery notes are required when placing on order so that the driver's can try to accommodate preferred delivery requests. Standard delivery is to the front door, but the driver has the discretion to follow the delivery notes request, but we cannot guarantees special deliver locations will be honored.
We do not warrant our guarantee the condition of any firewood. We do our best to deliver premium quality product, however we can not be held responsible for any damages, or issues that may occur during and after delivery. We refuse the right to cancel any service or agreement at any time. We will not be held liable for any pest or critters that may reside in the firewood. However our firewood is stored in covered locations.

Firewood Club:
The monthly club requires a reoccurring monthly subscription secured by credit, debit card, googlepay, or paid upfront for the year. Once signed up, Bringuswood will deliver your order to your house 1x per month. Delivery dates may vary. You may cancel your subscription at anytime, by emailing bringuswood@gmail.com.
Cancellations: Please put cancel subscription in the subject of the email. Include your name, address, and phone number in the email. Bringuswood will then cancel the subscription starting after the next monthly service charge. This means you will still be billed for the next months upcoming payment, but will not be billed for any future charges there after. All club members agree to a minimum of 2 monthly charges (the initial payment, and the final cancellation payment after cancellation request has been received). Club members may also pause their subscriptions for either 3 or 6 months which locks in their current club rate. Bringuswood has a no refund policy on subscriptions however you may cancel at anytime.
Non Club:
All items are delivered as is with no refund options. There is no implied warranty or guarantee for on demand orders. We aim to fulfill on demand deliveries with 2 business days, however this is not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary as on demand orders are delivered after club orders are fulfilled. Pricing is not locked in and can fluctuate based on the time of the year. Customer agrees to leave a good contact phone number and delivery address when placing an on demand order so that our delivery drivers can add the delivery to the route.
Deliveries:
Delivery estimates are estimates and are not hard dates, these dates and times can be fluid and change depending on weather and business needs. Bringuswood will do everything it its power to deliver on a timely manner. On the rare occasion of inclement weather or a period of high demand we may experience prolonged delivery times. While this rarely ever happens we will do the best we can to update our webpage to give our customers notice. We do not offer refunds for so if you have questions about how long it will take to receive your order please email and ask before placing your non-club order.
Release of Liability:
By placing an order on Bringuswood.com:
I, the customer, hereby agree to the following:
Bringuswood.com and its agents will not be held liable and/or responsible for any damage created by an agent of Bringuswood.com or any of its vehicles for deliveries beyond the curb, or in other words on the customer’s property. By placing your order the customer waives all rights to any and all claimed damages due to loss of property or damage to the customer’s real property. If the customer requested that the material be placed on his/her property and a Bringuswood.com vehicle becomes damaged and / or stuck on the said property, the customer will be responsible for the costs of repair and / or towing charges. The customer and/or agent of the customer has inspected the material delivered. Bringuswood.com and it’s employees or contractors are not responsible to move or remove material once off-loaded from vehicle on a customer’s property.
Please be advised that Bringuswood.com provides delivery service as a courtesy for its customers free of charge and will not be held liable for any property damages. Accordingly, if the customer request an item delivered to a different location other than the standard front door delivery, the customer will be held liable for any property damages that may occur as a result of their delivery request. Bringuswood.com drivers are trained to park on the road and deliver to the front door, however, if the customer or a customer’s representative provides instruction for a different parking or delivery location the customer accepts full liability for their request. Bringuswood.com contracts independent drivers and cannot be held liable for any property or personal damages. Likewise, Bringuswood.com may stack the firewood in a location requested by the customer instead of the front door, however, bringuswood.com will not be responsible for any current or future damages that may occur to a person or property. Stacking at the preferred destination instead of the front door is the customer’s choice and Bringuswood.com cannot be held liable for the customer’s decision.
